This is the third main character from my fan comic I was working on.
This was pretty slapped together, but I'm definitely going to revisit these characters later.
Eevee is a really cool concept. Even the add on evolutions from other generations feel natural.
I just wish there was more you could do with Eevee itself. Like if it had a special ability that let it carve out a special niche of his own.
