Same techniques as yesterday, unfortunately I'm out of time to work on the background.
Starmie has a really cool design. It manages to have quite a bit of personality despite not having a face. I also really like the "Hiyah" sound that it makes in the anime. It's one of the few Pokemon who makes a sound besides it's name.
