It probably won't happen in ORAS but I would rather see Farfetch'd get an evolution rather than a mega. He already has a held item dedicated to him, which would be useless if he has to hold a megastone anyway. Even if they just tweak his stats and move pool, they could make him more useful.
Farfetch'd was surprisingly hard for me to draw. His beak was slightly different in every reference I found, and you obviously have to cheat to make his wings work.
