Dewgong is interesting. It's surprising that it's all white like it is. You can definitely tell it's a Gen 1 Pokemon. If he was designed for a later generation, he would have a lot more shapes and colors breaking up his form. I generally prefer the simpler early generation designs but Dewgong could probably benefit from some other color in there somewhere.
It actually saved time to skip the inking on this one. I might have to go with this approach more.
